Ryan O’Driscoll

Hi, I’m Ryan, Spinal Therapist at Brightgreen Spinal Health. I spent most of my academic life studying in the field of sports and science and have dedicated most of that to learning about the human body and how it functions. I graduated from the University of Lincoln (BSc) in 2020 attaining a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. I use a combination of techniques from the Chiropractic Activator technique, Laser Therapy and I am a fully qualified Sports Massage therapist which also extends to Pregnancy Massage to help people get out of pain and on the road to living fulfilling lives and getting to optimal wellbeing. I love to meet people of all ages and backgrounds and look forward to meeting you!
